Staying on the Sidelines is No Longer An Option
My name is Wendy Hoy and I decided to run for House Representative in District 57 because I could not sit idly by while my opponent ran unopposed. Those in control in Tallahassee have made Florida #1 for the highest property and auto insurance rates in the country, and #50 in teacher salaries. Personal freedoms, voting rights, and public schools are all under attack, and local rule is being eroded. We deserve better. I will fight for affordability, fairness, and community - where we all have a say. I’m not here for politics; I’m here for people. Together, we can build a Florida that works for everyone.
